This past Saturday night Scott and I went to my camp boss' 70th birthday party. Therefore Uncle Brett and Jamie got a chance to babysit Nate for a couple of hours. They fed him dinner and played with him all night. When we got back from the party, it wasn't that late, so we got to do the 7th night of Hanukkah together and Nate opened up more presents.
On Sunday, Bubbie and Pop-Pop joined us with a Hanukkah brunch. There was so much food and everything was delicious! We lit the candles with all the Sandlers for the last night and Nate finally opened the last of his presents.
Scott did an amazing job repainting Nate's room to a neutral brown color so that anything will match in it now. Then, Nate got a full size bed on Sunday with the help of Uncle Brett. We made such a big deal out of it and he was so cute and excited. He is fine with not being in the crib anymore, but he wants one of us to stay in the room until he falls asleep, which is workable. We would like to thank all family members who helped contribute to his big Hanukkah present. We aren't sure who likes laying/sleeping it in more, us or Nate!
